DARE Leadership Committee wanted a shirt design illustrated for the years retreat theme of “Embrace”. The 2 day retreat involves over 200 high school students building leadership skills, breaking boundaries, and building friendships. The illustration was created with hand drawn letters to display the raw emotion, while the word is bulging in the center because it is being squeezed (in a hug) by a heart that was created with arms hugging.
